Competitors must stay within the approved residence/lodging. Unless Competitors live within a 20-mile radius of the conference site and does not want to stay within the approved residence.
Competitors must respect the Executive Committee, presiding officers, committee chairmen, and advisors.
Competitors must attend all sessions and assigned activities
Competitors must dress in proper attire to all activities
Competitors must not smoke in public while wearing the Official Business of professionals America blazers.
Competitors must have identification badges at all official activities
Competitors breaking any rules will be subjugated to the actions of the grievance committee. The committee is made of two national officers, two national Board of Trustees members, two local advisors, and the Executive Director.
Spouses can attend but they must register in the special registrant and will not have special member privileges and must follow all rules.
Competitors must keep their advisors informed of all activities at all times.
Competitors must not use their own cars or ride in other’s cars unless authorized by an advisor.
Non-registered individuals are not allowed in the conference.
Competitors must conduct themselves in the appropriate manner at all times
Competitors must be in their rooms by curfew.
Competitors must not participate or become involved in elections for other divisions other than their own.
